Turtle Back Zoo

We went to the zoo with Eric's mom, renewed our membership, and here are a few shots.

Byram Lot

The kids Great Aunt is having a house built in Bryam.  Right now it is just a construction zone, but that is PERFECT for 2 little kids...and a Gammy too.

Mother's Day

Every Mother's day, we go get flowers from the Garden Center and try to plant hanging baskets and flower beds in the front yard.  Luckily this year, the weather was much better than last, and with the kids a year older, Brooke was very interested this year.

It was a nice day seeing all of Eric's family and just being spoiled in general.  It is the one day of the year I sleep in and I would even call it sleeping in, I would call it being able to stay in bed because I wake up as soon as I hear my babies wake up anyway.  It was great to be surrounded by my family and be cuddled by my little ones all day.

Philadelphia Zoo

(4/27)
I managed to squeeze in one last visit to the Philly zoo on my membership I bought last April, and boy let me tell you it was the perfect day.  It was supposed to rain, and drizzled on the way down, scaring some zoo goers away.  The weather ended up being perfect.  Be went with Great Granny, packed lunches from Wawa, and we even managed for both kids to get their faces painted.

They LOVED it.  So much so that there were tears when it came time to wash their little faces off.

We had to wait a whole carousel ride to get the butterfly since someone else had it when it was our turn to ride!

Big Trucks

Luck has it that my Mom's neighbor owns a construction company.  Some of his large trucks are parked way back by the woods at the end of the driveway, the perfect spot for a little afternoon fun. (4/26)

Park Time

These pictures are back from Easter weekend (4/26).  I was going to crop them and so on, but I never did.  I wanted to post them because some of them are my favorites from out last visit.  It was one of the first days we were outside, and the first pictures with true sunlight in awhile, so they all seemed good!
